LICORICE ROOT HERBAL TEA BAGS
Tastes terrible. Like God awful. But it helps with stomach issues.
-
GINGER ROOT HERBAL TEA BAGS
It's a relatively mild ginger tea that helps with upset tum tums.
-
VALERIAN ROOT HERBAL SUPPLEMENT
It's like they decided valerian root tasted terrible so they threw in peppermint? I don't know. Either way doesn't aid with sleep and tastes awful.
-
Cold Brew Tea
This is handy for what it is. It produces a product that is not exceptional in any way.
-
White Tea with Blueberry & Pomegranate
Weak as water. Not worth trying. Waste of time and effort.
-
Gingerbread Festival
I had to add too much milk to make this one palatable for my liking.
-
Hot Apple Spice
The cinnamon was almost overbearing and overwhelming at the expense of the other flavors.
-
ORANGE-PASSION FRUIT TEA
I do not see this as being much different from other Harney orange teas I have had. It's rose hips, hibiscus, and orange with something else tossed in. Just not that exciting after having the other tea.
-
BLOOD ORANGE FRUIT TEA
This is a very orangey tea. This tea also has strong hints of rose hips and hibiscus.
-
High Energy Tea Bags
This tea has a higher-than-average amount of caffeine. Unfortunately, it tastes a bit like foot fungus.
-
POMEGRANATE PIZZAZZ HERBAL TEA BAGS
"Pizzazz" is an awful strong word for this tea. It's pretty weak stuff.
-
I LOVE LEMON HERBAL TEA BAGS
It's bitter, unpleasant lemon. I can barely stand it without major sweetener.
-
Earl Grey Loose Tea
Better than the bags. Actually pretty decent. Shame it's nowhere near as easy to get.
-
GINGER SNAPPISH HERBAL TEA BAGS
Ginger, cinnamon, lemon. They kinda happen. Not too strong. I guess if you're sentimental about it, the tea is probably good-awesome?
-
SPICED CHAI BLACK TEA BAGS
I miss Bam Bam Bigelow. He was awesome. This tea is not. It's bland.
-
Butterscotch Blondie
The licorice really kills this one. It dominates so much it's impossible to focus on anything else.
-
Vanilla Bean Macaron
It's an overly-sweet vanilla mess. I am glad I got a single serving.
-
Scarlet Citrus Rooibos
"Rooibos is all earthy. Let's zazz it up with some citrus."
"Why?"
"Because we're evil."
"We are?"
"Apparently."
-
Fennel
It's fennel. Research fennel. Determine if fennel is right for you. Drink fennel tea if you need the benefits of fennel.
-
Green Tea Ginger
This one "helps digestion" by combining green tea and ginger it's honestly kind of nasty and may upset the stomach.
-
Green Earl Grey
It's a solid gunpowder green tea with bergamot. Decent stuff. Works better than some earl grey greens out there.
-
Red Bush Chai
I'm not a rooibos fan so a chai spiced one isn't going to make me jump for joy
-
WILD BERRY PLUM GREEN TEA BAGS
The berry and plum combo is a nice twist. Shame I can't find it.
-
ORANGE SPICE GREEN TEA BAGS
This is a nice balance of citrus and spice. I'm not huge on either but can respect the craft on display.
-
Black Cherry Berry
I want to like this tea. It has a lot going for it but they slip in chamomile! AGAIN! ARRRRRRRGH
-
Morning Thunder
Packs a bit of a punch without being as crass as their ultra caffeine teas. Doesn't taste that great though.
-
Sugar Plum Spice
It sounds like a super duper great holiday tea but they just have to slip chamomile in there!
-
Honey Lemon
This tea is intended as a health thing more than a drink thing. It helps with colds.
-
Watermelon Lime Zinger
I'm rating this as a tea. In that sense, it's kind of terrible. As a fruity punch it isn't so bad.
-
Nutcracker Sweet
I find it necessary to add vanilla milk or creamer to make this tolerable. It just isn't good on its own.
-
Sleepytime Lavender
Someone decided I needed this tea to help me sleep because I like tea. It kept me up because of how much I HATE chamomile. Otherwise, this isn't terrible.
-
Energy Tea Green Tea
FEEL THE POWER OF THE ULTIMATE WARRIOR COURSING THROUGH YOUR VEINS AS YOU DOWN CUP AFTER CUP OF THIS GLORIOUS NECTAR!!!! No seriously though it's pretty blah stuff and I'd only drink it when I needed the caffeine boost.
-
ROSEHIP, HIBISCUS, CHERRY
Unlike a lot of rosehip and hibiscus teas, this one has a nice cherry flavor to it.
-
sweet tart
It's all tart from the hibiscus yet sweet from the cherries. Delifhtful stuff.
-
JAPANESE SENCHA (ORGANIC)
Delightful tea with a light seaweed flavor and slight sweetness.
-
BIRTHDAY CAKE
Looks like heaven tastes like birthday cake. Not sure what the sprinkles are for taste wise.
-
STRAWBERRY PARAISO WHITE TEA
I sometimes miss being able to go in Teavana and pick up a little bag of something fun like this. There just aren't any loose-leaf retailers like them in my area. It's all online and I've ordered some clunkers I never would've if my eyes and nose had been involved.
-
GINGERBREAD LOOSE LEAF BLACK TEA
Tastes great but not very satisfying in terms of overall mouthfeel.
-
COCOCARAMEL SEA SALT HERBAL TEA
You know, I want to like this tea
I'm so on board with the flavor profile. Then I come to the anise. Bloody anise.
-
RASPBERRY LIMEADE TEA BLEND
I got the raspberry part but wouldn't say the tart bit was really lime-y.
-
YUNNAN GOLDEN PU-ERH TEA
"Elegant earthy flavor" = dirt with a side of mud, apparently. Some Teavana teas I do not miss.
-
Black Tea
Last time I had this was because my ex had a wholesale club membership and bought a 100 packet box because OMG SO HANDY. Before that, same deal but the previous ex. Both got through maybe 20 bags then never figured out a use for the rest. It's not bad. It's not good. It just is.
-
Iced Black Gallon Size Tea Bags
I almost hate to admit it but these are very handy to have around. Much nicer than powder and easier than steeping leaves.
-
Lipton peach iced tea
I guess it's nice in terms of wide availability but it's sort of like tea flavored peach syrup more than the other way around.
-
Green Diet Iced Tea Citrus
This stuff makes me sick. And it tastes like chemicals more than tea. So not worth it on any level.
-
EARL GREY
One of my first Earl Greys. Simple, basic tea that just gets it right. Plus, if there's any fault it's that it's too weak and the stuff is priced low enough you can use more than one bag.
-
Eggnogg'n Tea bags
Eggnog tea sounded like a horrible idea to me. This vile swill proved that to be an understatement.
-
Earl Grey Decaf Tea
It's drinkable but seems more watery/weaker than the regular variety.
-
Vanilla Chai Tea Bags
The vanilla flavor is actually kind of nice and offsets the usual Bigelow spice hatchet job somewhat.
-
Green Tea Chai tea bags
Bigelow's green tea is not very good. Their spiced teas are not very good. A green chai is therefore pretty awful.
-
RASPBERRY ROYALE
This is more of a raspberry candy than a raspberry fruit flavor tea. That isn't a bad thing necessarily.
-
GREEN TEA WITH MANGO TEA BAGS
Ot's bland green tea with try-hard Mango flavor and rosehips. Really not a pleasant taste experience.
-
sweet cinnamon black tea bags
A very strong cinnamon tea. Nice to see Bigelow keep it simple.
-
MINT MEDLEY
I dislike spearmint and peppermint, which are the focal points of this tea. It's like they decided to make an anti-me product.
-
PUMPKIN SPICE BLACK TEA
This is a very weird tea. It's got elements of pumpkin spice but they seem to be out of order and jumbled somehow. It doesn't taste like a spice bomb or pumpkin. Something is just wrong about it.
-
LEMON GINGER HERBAL TEA
Holy crumbs! It's a Bigelow tea that is flavorful and a decent example of what the label says it is!
-
Green Tea with Peach
This is a very weak, bland green tea with some relatively nasty artificial peach flavor thrown on top.
-
EARL GREY GREEN TEA BAGS
Bigelow green tea is beyond mediocre. Their earl grey is actually nice once in awhile. Combined, the two are actually kind of gross.
-
White Peach
Adagio certainly rocks the peach. They've got the flavoring down. Here, it's in harmony with a nice white tea base.
-
Samurai Mate
It's a nice chai blend but I wish the cinnamon was dialed back a notch to let the other flavors shine.
-
Honeybush Banana Nut
The banana isn't as fake as some. The nut is chestnuty. The honeybush is sweet. It's a balanced treat.
-
Kukicha
It's very . . . grassy? Like someone mowed tge lawn and put it in my cup? Don't see the appeal at all.
-
Dragonwell
So tasty I think I'll add a royal wing to my house just to justify buying a pound of it.
-
Jasmine Phoenix Pearls
I don't like jasmine teas because I'm anti-floral but I like this. As a bonus, it's pretty.
-
Pu-erh Spice
Maybe the cinnamon was a little strong but otherwise this one was nicely balanced.
-
Pu-erh Chorange
Remember those chocolate orange things that were around during the holidays? Yeah. Pretty much.
-
Maple Creme Oolong
I wish it were more maple forward but it's still better than some and woo-hoo no raisins.
-
Strawberry Pomegranate Red Herbal Tea
It's a bit weaker than other Stash fruit teas for whatever reason.
-
strawberries & cream
It's got a whole strawberry ice cream thing going on. Tastes very fake. Not a bad thing if you're expecting it I guess.
-
Rooibos Vanilla
This kind of has that whole Rooibos = cough syrup thing going on but it's offset a bit by the vanilla. Not terrible.
-
Pure Assam Estate
They aren't reinventing the wheel here. It's assam tea. Tasty assam tea but just assam tea.
-
Pear Cobbler
It's drinkable and tastes like pear cobbler. I have yet to have a tolerable loose leaf canister from Tea Forte but the cost-prohibitve samplers hold some decent entries while sticking me with some stuff I don't want.
-
Organic Earl Grey Tea Bags
A strong, balanced Earl Grey you really want to keep an eye on when steeping.
-
Mango Passionfruit Herbal Tea
It's fruity. Needed to sweeten it. Not in love. Not in hate.
-
Mango Melange
It's drinkable-ish. I guess? At least it isn't lawn clippings like some of their other teas.
-
Lemon Sorbetti Tea
I'm not entirely following how this is a tribute to anything. It's like dainty lemony lawn clippings.
-
Green Tea with Jasmine
It's green tea. There's jasmine. Both are solid. Neither are mind boggling.
-
SCOTTISH BREAKFAST TEA BAGS
Yummy malty, smooth breakfast tea. Pretty danged smooth stuff.
-
Key Lime Herbal
Tastes like pie filling. Rather delightful. Nice woth cookies so you've got "crust".
-
Wild Raspberry Hibiscus Herbal Tea
Decent balance between the raspberry and hibiscus so the tart doesn't overwhelm.
-
RASPBERRY HERBAL
Very raspberry-y. I'm not sure it needs the additional artificial flavor.
-
Organic Spring Jasmine Tea Bags
Hand seem sachets sure are fancy. Drinking this makes me feel super ritzy.
-
Berry Basket
It tastes like berries. Tea Forte are very good at following through on the flavors suggested by names. I probably wouldn't get it again as that apparently involves buying a samplerpqck.
-
Fusion Green and White Tea
Mixing green and white tea is a nice idea. This product shows the potential of the concept. However, the quality of ingredients keeps the tea from realizing its full potential.
-
PEACH & PASSION FRUIT
It tastes like peach mixed with passion fruit. That may sound obvious but some fruit teas taste like artificial flavoring or spices.
-
English Breakfast
It is a little finicky. You really need to steep it the right amount of time or it goes funky very easily.
-
Peppermint
It's a simple peppermint tea that tastes like peppermint. If you want peppermint, try this peppermint tea.
-
Fast Lane
I never drank this to enjoy it. My ex pushed it on me as a coffee, soda,, and energy drink alternative. It did the trick. Otherwise... meh.
-
Lemon Zinger
I was surprised by this one. For a clearance tea at the local grocery store, I expected something borderline vile. Instead, it's kind of like heated lemonade. I'm not in love by any stretch but I don't regret my purchase.
-
TOWER OF LONDON
There's a lot going on here. It's like a fruity Earl Grey with honey. Delicious while busy.
-
Victorian London Fog
Beautifully balanced flavored Earl Grey. Lavender and vanilla are just right.
-
RUSSIAN COUNTRY
Roses are red violets are blue this tea is a beautiful balance of smooth blqck tea and smoky deliciousness.
-
Black Tea Variety Pack
It's nice to try the teas on a budget. It stopped me from sticking up on their products.
-
Assorted Herbal Teas
So, I found out I dislike Twinings in one or two easy steps. That was nice.
-
Lady Grey
This is a nice alternative to Earl Grey. In theory. Howeverz the execution is flawed by that thing Twinings does where the tea is weak and multiple bags are needed.
-
Chai
It isn't a terrible chai. However, I've found it necessary to steep longer and use extra bags to get any real flavor.
-
PARIS
I wound up with way too much of this due to a shipping error and it became the tea I shared with a friend. Tasty stuff to bond over.
-
EARL GREYER BLACK FULL-LEAF
Tasty stuff. Better than the bagged. That has a papery aftertaste.
-
Rainbow Lemonade
It's like rainbow sherbet. Decent stuff. Not something I'd buy but it was a free sample.
-
Decaffeinated Breakfast Tea
I got this in a sampler. It's pretty wretched. Not sure I'll ever finish the 4 or 5 bags I've got left.
-
APPLE REFRESH
What's nice with this tea is it's apple and not apple cinnamon. I dig that sweet fruit taste.
-
Pomegranate Raspberry
Needs sweetener due to the acidity. Otherwise it's pleasant enough.
-
Earl Grey Moonlight
A creamy Earl Grey. It's interesting and tasty. I need to start drinking it early because of the caffeine and the fact I can't do just one cup of this tasty nectar.
-
HIBISCUS GINGER
It's a fun combination but not awe inspiring. I don't get the urge to steep very often.
-
EARL GREY SUPREME
I'm not really sure what's so supreme about this tea. It's a very good Earl Grey but not fantastic.
-
DOUBLE BERGAMOT EARL GREEN TEA
It's like a more citrusy Earl Grey. I dig it but am not in love.
