english breakfast

(12 reviews)English Breakfast is our most popular tea. To create this well-balanced blend, we carefully select the finest teas from five different regions, each with its own unique characteristics. Tea from Kenya and Malawi provides the briskness and coppery-red colour while Assam gives full-body and flavour. The robustness from these regions is complemented by the softer and more subtle teas from China and Indonesia. The combination of these varieties yields a complex, full-bodied, lively cup of tea that is perfect any time of day.

Standard grocery store black tea. Better English Breakfast tea is available and inexpensive. I only sip this when it's the only choice. Nothing special.....but it's tea in a pinch.

The loose tea is disappointingly crushed--almost like tea dust. It slips through many infusers. Despite this, it is an excellent tea and has good flavor.

Bagged English Breakfast just can't compete with the loose variety. This tea was a little lackluster in comparison to other varieties I've tried.

This is my husbands favorite anytime he is feeling under the weather. It gives him enough of a caffeine boost without the astringency of coffee.

this is a classic english breakfast tea, and it is also the very first tea I have ever had, as it was the tea my parents drank. This will always be a bit of a benchmark tea for me as I tend to compare other black teas to this version. A very nice version of the english breakfast tea!

English breakfast tea is a classic, but the flavor of the Irish breakfast tea is a bit better.

A very nice and simple tea for the morning. However, I feel that Twining’s English Afternoon packs more flavor.

Found this a bit harsh for a black tea. Even with lowered brew the, flavor is a bit too sharp.

A classic! Not my personal favorite - it's a little dusty for me - but a solid choice.
