I got this tea when my regular lactation tea was out of stock. Overall, not a bad flavor; just a tad bit too licorice forward for me.

Even tho I'm not typically a licorice fan, I really liked this tea while nursing when my kids were little. Sometimes hard to tell if it helped or not, but I liked the flavor enough to keep drinking it.

This tea has a very unique flavor to it. It is very fennel and licorice flavored. I don't mind the flavor so I drink it during my cycle when I need the extra milk production boost. I does seem to help with this aspect for milk production for me. I know everyone is different with that tho.

Gag! If you're ok with black licorice, then you'll be ok with this tea. If not, stay clear.
