    The tea is mildly palatable; however the flavor is a bit flat and artificial.

    Honestly, it is absolutely necessary to add milk to this because if not the taste is too forward and abrupt.

    This tea is not for me. I really wanted to like it but the flavor is harsh and tastes like chemicals. Adding cream did help a tiny bit.

    I've had this black and with soy milk. I think it needs milk to be palatable. A little intense to drink alone. Also the flavors of the black tea are a bit harsh. Not my favorite but for a quick chai tea, it does its job.

    I do wish to say that masala chai is not my favorite. My sister gave this to me and I didn't want to waste tea.

    When you don't have any kind of chai and you're just dying for some good vanilla chai, this is pretty good option, and it will save your day on a cold ugly morning or rainy afternoon.

    It's good for bagged tea. The flavors are a little too muted for me. Did not really taste like vanilla chai to me.

    Nice blend of vanilla and chai spices. Smells wonderful and it's an ok tea. A great option for when loose tea isn't do-able. I keep this on hand for when I have company/friends over who don't want to brew loose tea.

    Nice blend of vanilla and chai, neither is overwhelming. I should say this one is more of a special once in-awhile tea, not an every morning sort.

    Mom absolutely loves it and calls it a cross between a French vanilla cappuccino and a tea.

    I found it to be a soft flavoured chai without any strong spice. The dry leaf smell reminds me of a frosted vanilla cookie though.

    I absolutely love this tea. The vanilla flavor is not overwhelming, and it's equally perfect black or with a bit of milk and honey.

    I like chai, but I feel like this one more adds a bit of extra bitterness than anything else. I prefer their vanilla tea over the vanilla chai

    My go to for bagged Chai tea. I love Chai teas, especially, when vanilla is mixed in. Hard to find decent ones on the bagged end. This version is nice and smooth. Definitely my go to when I want Chai tea to go as I normally use loose tea instead.

    I used to drink this all the time in school. This and the now-discontinued Vanilla Hazelnut. Even though I've moved on to better teas, I still like this once in a while.

    Chai teas are one of my favorite teas——I just love (most) of them! I save my collection of better quality loose-leaf tea for home. It’s really hard to deal with loose-leaf tea in airports so I stash a few bags of chai in my bag and away I go! This brand of Vanilla Chai is one of the better flavored ones IMO, and is suitable to travel with. There’s a lot to be said for convenience. But great quality teas are meant to be enjoyed for the experience, so this isn’t a tea I would turn to in order to savor.

    When convenience and price have to override quality, this is a pretty good blend. The vanilla and spice blend well, and carry along convenience is a plus.

    Medicinal with a very prominent gingerbread taste. The vanilla was artificial tasting. Not good, I've had much tastier chaos.

    I'm generally more of a loose-leaf person, but this is a go to for when I do have to have bagged teas. I've also used this in a cookie recipe before and it holds up well.

    We actually keep this tea on hand a lot because it's kind of a general crowd pleaser and tea bags are convenient when just one person doesn't want the pot if tea we're having. Splash of cream is nice and a little stevia.

    The vanilla flavor is actually kind of nice and offsets the usual Bigelow spice hatchet job somewhat.

    Chai teas are a favorite of mine. This vanilla version adds a favorite flavor note to a lovely cup of spice. While this isn’t the quality of a lose tea, this bagged tea is wonderful for convenience.

    This off the shelf tea is good, I put a little creamer in it and delicious. I prefer loose leaf, but this will do.

    This is my go to for bagged teas, I have never had this tea go bitter and I enjoy its flavor and smell very much. The smell is almost exactly like gingerbread.

    I can imagine it is easy to love if you're a chai fan so I'll reflect that in my review.

    I love this tea! It isn't as strong as a typical cup of chai, but the vanilla flavor is very strong, which I like.

    For an off the self tea, this is a pretty solid chia. Best with sugar and milk.

    I was curious about this chai, so, I got it. I've tried dozens of chais as this is, without a doubt, unapologetically over the top with its mix of natural and artificial vanilla flavor and aroma.

    Perfect for those seeking bold flavors. I tried it with milk, of course, to balance it and with another high caffeine black tea.. I like that this is labeled GLUTEN FREE. I think more companies should do that.

    This is a tasty and decadent tea, but it also comes across a bit "artificial" to me. (I'll still happily drink it.) I appreciate that it's reasonably strong.

    Pretty nice little dessert tea. Make sure to use sweetener of choice and milk or cream of choice to make it great!

    Quite good as far as bagged teas go! A bit of an acidic bite to it but fantastic if brewed with milk or cream!
