Pumpkin Spice
Nothing really exciting, tastes like all other pumpkin spice things I've had. Cinnamon and clove, no actual pumpkin.
-
Lapsang Souchong
Rating for blendability...great mixed in with other things, a bit strong by itself. It smells very smoke when dry...like smoked meat. When brewed, smells more like a campfire. Not bad, but definitely an acquired taste!
-
Mamma Mia
A bit too much anise for me. Tastes like anise and chamomile. Not my favorite. Would drink it if I needed to, but not by choice.
-
Cinnamon
Not as strong cinnamon as I thought it would (which is good for me because I was expecting more and not a huge cinnamon person). If you're expecting redhots, think more like cinnamon toast. Not bad, but nothing that is particularly great to me either.
-
Honeybush Pumpkin Chai
The spice is a very strong smell and taste for me. I was wishing however, for more of the cocoa and ginger. Tastes a bit like every other chai or pumpkin spice flavored tea out there, with just a hint of sweetness from the honeybush.

Scorpio
Tastes like a chocolate floral rooibos. I'm not getting the mango at all! It smells a bit off putting when dry, a bit like rotting fruit. Too much rooibos for me!
-
Hojicha
I really like toasty green teas like this and genmaicha, for example. Maybe a little more toasty and less grassy than genmaicha, but this is really good. It's different from what you might think of when you think green tea, but quite good!
-
Grapefruit Oolong
More mild than I expected. No tartness of oolong...similar to how lemon flavored black tea just tastes like lemon flavored black tea, not necessarily like lemon. This is the same...but grapefruit.
-
Candy Cane
I normally don't like mint in my tea, it can be too medicinal or like chewing gum, but this is a vanilla-y, buttery, smooth tea that kind of reminds me of those pastel non-pereil butter mints that look kind of like chocolate chips!
-
Lemongrass Ginger
Obviously if you don't like lemongrass or ginger, this won't be the tea for you, but I quite liked it. The ginger is warming but not too strong and the lemongrass is refreshing. I didn't feel like it was too medicinal but more comforting.
-
Gaucho Mate Chai
Not a huge chai person, but this one was pretty enjoyable as far as chais go...the warming spices are nice and it doesn't have as much clove as I was afraid of.
-
Decaf Mango
This is pretty good, but a bit light on the mango flavor, I do wish it was a little bit stronger.
-
Blueberry Peach Cobbler Green
Smells and tastes really good! Juicy and fruity both in scent and flavor. I liked the nuance and how sometimes you can taste the blueberry and sometimes taste the peach. Definitely worth trying if you like green teas!
-
Rooibos Cinnamon Apple
Not a fan of rooibos, but it does take a backseat in this tea. This tea tastes a bit like applesauce or cinnamon apple oatmeal. It focuses more on the apple than the cinnamon, which I like.
-
Mango Green
A nice green tea with a mango/peach flavor. It is not particularly mango to me, just a generic stonefruit flavor. But it's pretty good...would probably be good iced as well!
-
Rooibos Jasmine
Odd flavor, more rooibos than jasmine...rooibos is quite medicinal to me, and this more so than usual, but not as floral as I was expecting. I did not care for it either way.
-
Rooibos Caramel
I do not like rooibos, so keeping that in mind, I will say that the caramel flavor is not particularly pronounced. As it cools, you can taste a little bit more of a buttery, caramelly flavor, but hot, it's almost non-existent and simply rooibos. If you like rooibos, you might enjoy this, if you don't you won't!
-
Oriental Spice
Not as bad as I expected, or rather as strong. I expected more chai-like flavor, but the spices, while well-balanced weren't as strong as I expected. I'm not a huge fan of cloves, so the flavors weren't for me, and the spices weren't necessarily mild, but didn't quite have a bite either. Give it a try, and you might like it, but not for me.
-
Formosa Pouchong
This was a such a nice tea! Light, buttery, smooth with a hint of Jasmine flavor. Oolong is such a unique beat, not black, but not quite green...it's so nice!
-
Decaf Apricot
I have a really great apricot tea from Harney & Sons that I love...so I was excited to try this one from adagio. However, I was disappointed. The apricot flavor was just a vaguely fruity flavor that didn't smell or taste like apricot at all. The two couldn't even really be compared. The H&S smelled and tasted like juicy dried apricots, whereas adagios was almost bland. It was ok, just not the sweet juicy punch of apricot I hoped for. Sorry adagio!

Ginseng Green
THis is an interesting tea, I have not had a lot of ginseng, so I am not sure how ginseng normally tastes...this tea was a little nutty, maybe a little savory, especially in sent. The ginger was prominent and you could taste an herbal flavor, which I am presuming is the ginseng. The green tea takes a backseat here, but over all the tea's not bad.
-
Chocolate
While on the one hand, the chocolate flavor was nice..not artificial at all! It was a little too bitter for my taste. I brewed at 196 for about 4 min. I would be willing to try it again but would need to try to make it less astringent. I might brew it for less next time, or use less in my cup, but it seemed to be a bit temperamental.
-
Caramel
I was worried this was going to be a little too butterscotchy, as I'm not a fan of butterscotch and caramel and butterscotch are often very similar in taste. However, while it didn't taste like butterscotch, it was not as caramelly as I had hoped either. I would say more burnt sugar in flavor, and was a bit more astringent than I preferred.
-
Spiced Apple Chai
This tea is not in any way bad, it just feels like it's nothing special. It feels like a simple cinnamon apple tea. Smells a little Christmassy. It feels like I have had it before. Not bad, just doesn't jump out as anything special.
-
Cherry Marzipan Oolong
This was surprisingly good. I thought it was going to have artificial cherry flavor, but the cherry flavor was actually quite mild. It blended quite nicely with the almond and the oolong was a nice flavor in the background. I liked it!
-
Pu-erh Dante
Smooth, earthy, rich, dark, delicious! If you've never had pu-erh before and want to dip your toe in the water, this one may be a good start as it does not need any rinsing, it can be brewed just like regular black tea and has a nice mellow (for puerh) flavor. Give it a try!
-
Mango Melange
I struggled with this one. It just seemed sort of vaguely fruity; I couldn't taste any real mango flavor and it just seemed like weak fruity water. I feel like it may be best cold-brewed!
-
Yunnan Gold
A favorite black tea! It reminds me quite a bit of monkey's paw. It's just a nice, dreamy black tea with little to no astringency. It smells almost pumpkiney when dry, and maybe a little nutty when brewed, but very good!
-
Gunpowder
This one is good! I don't like greens that are too vegetal/grassy in flavor, but this one is nice. It's not quite as smoky as an actual smoked tea, but it is maybe a little "toasty" in flavor. It's a really nice, smooth green tea!
-
Coconut
This one definitely needs to be brewed at a slightly lower temperature as it can get bitter quickly. It's got a good coconut flavor, maybe good for blending with other teas. By itself, it feels like it's missing a little something, but it's not bad!
-
Blackberry
Blackberry is a weird flavor. It can lean towards artificial, but this is sooo good! It smells like some kind of candy in the bag, just delicious and the flavor is bright and tasty. I brewed it at 195.
-
Libra
This one is really good! It's not going to taste exactly like a chocolate covered strawberry, but it's a nice chocolate tea, and the strawberry and rose play nicely in the background.
-
Happy Belly
Rating this one on taste only, not efficacy. This one I was not a fan of. I guess it was the licorice/anise, but it was oddly savory. To me, it tasted like pho broth, that fragrant seasoned broth with meat and bok choy. It was very weird as a tea and I was not a fan!
-
Autumn Mist Green
This is smooth and rich for a green tea. A little bit like cinnamon apple oatmeal, but in the best possible way. You can definitely taste the creme brulee most, the cinnamon really takes a back seat. This one is really good!
-
Minty Comfort
I'm not a huge fan of mint tea, but this one was not too medicinal. It was nice and smooth, not too strong. Overall, if you like mint, you will like this one!
-
Raja Oolong Chai
This one was very cinnamon heavy. As others have said, it is not very spicy or have many chai spices. If you like cinnamon ,you will like it!
-
Elderberry Wine
This was was unexpectedly unpleasant for me. I normally love all things berry, and I like herbal teas. But this one smelled tomatoey and was tart and almost savory tasting. I'd be willing to try it again at different brewing temps to see if I could get a different flavor profile out of it, but this one was a bit odd for me.
-
Bonfire
This is very smoky. It was better than I had anticipated, but I do think that it might need something to tame the smokiness. However, if you like smoky, this might work for you. It it aa bit like a smoky chai, so to speak. It's unique, so if you've never had a smoked tea, it might be a bit much!
-
Decaf Hazelnut Cinnamon Creme
I love this one! Smooth, and nutty. I was worried the cinnamon would overpower it, but the hazelnut really comes through!
-
White Strawberry
Subtle strawberries and cream flavor! Delicious! The rooibos plays well instead of being overwhelming as it often can be. I did not taste the hibiscus, but a different brewing temp may bring it out. I brewed at 185 for about 3 min. Cold brew might be a good option here!
