This was was unexpectedly unpleasant for me. I normally love all things berry, and I like herbal teas. But this one smelled tomatoey and was tart and almost savory tasting. I'd be willing to try it again at different brewing temps to see if I could get a different flavor profile out of it, but this one was a bit odd for me.

I thought I would like this blend a lot because my tastes lean towards hibiscus tartness. This was definitely a tart red wine flavor when hot and too much for me. I'll try cold brewing next time.

What a luscious was to end the day! A strong, powerful cup of bold tea that settles the senses.

2 and a half for a good attempt, i know there are those out there that enjoy hibiscus, but Im not one of them, this one was ok when hot, but as it cooled, the hibiscus took over, and so did my urge to pour it down the drain.

Love this one! Definitely a bit heavy on the hibiscus, so this is good for you if you like fruity teas on the tart side. The echinacea and cornflowers offset the tartness a bit, though. Beautiful red color.

I love fruity herbals. Elderberry Wine is so good! I like it hot and cold-brewed. Fun herbal to blend as well! So tasty!

A bit tart for my taste. Even adding sugar did not help it much. I'll have try it iced. Tried it a second time with a little more sugar, certainly did the trick
Flavors came together almost perfectly.

I must admit my bias against berry-based herbal blends, but this one is enjoyable. If you like berry herbals you're sure to love this one a well, but it's just not made for my tastes.

Delicious herbal tea that is good for any time of day. Would be delicious iced .

Beautiful red color, but the hibiscus and rose hips create quite a tart tea. I had to add far more sweetener than ususal to eliminate the pucker. I think it would be refreshing as an iced tea.

This was the first adagio tea i did not like at all. Very herby, kind of bitter. Can't taste any berries, no elderberry. not reminiscent of wine. It sort of tastes like dill, maybe? Can't put my finger on it, but there is a strong herbal taste that overpowers everything else. Not refreshing. not flavorful, just not good at all to me.

This was my favorite tea for so many reasons. To watch the tea transform into the wine color was amazing. A nice light fragrance. The components make for a smooth tartness.

This tea isn't unpleasant at all, but I'm not really getting a lot of flavors coming through. It mostly just tastes tart (like most fruit herbal teas do) and this reminds me why I rarely drink herbal teas - it's just missing that certain something that regular tea has. I was able to balance it out with a little honey, and I enjoyed that. This isn't one I would choose very often, though it might be nice to actually mix it with a real tea of some sort. The color of the tea is beautiful though - very pleasing to the eye!

Sweet and fruity with no additional sugar needed. Almost tasted like sangria. This would be good as an iced tea. Elderberry has health benefits too!

I liked this alright, but it struck me as extremely similar to the Tazo passion tea only less flavorful. It was nice and warm, but didn't drive me wild.

Had it warm and with nothing added to it. Very berry, but not too tart.

They aren't lying when they say this takes like wine. It is very sour and has tannins

As someone who doesn't like wine, I was glad that it didn't really taste like it. But that may disappoint some people. It's still a nice fruity tea with a strong, somewhat tart taste of grapes and cranberries. Not something I would drink all the time, but maybe occasionally, like on New Years.

Brews to a gorgeous scarlet color. Taste wise it has a very sour fruit flavor with hints of floral. Slightly too tart but sweetener makes it great.

I brewed this at a lower temp and it wasn't as bitter as I expected from some of the other reviews. There is a definite wine-type feel to it. I think blending this with an orange tea would be delightful.

This is probably one of the stronger fruit teas I've tried, and i believe it's my first experience wth elderberry. The tartness is definitely there, and sugar does little to sway it, but I do like tart drinks so I didn't mind that. In fact it barely needs sugar because of a natural, berry sweetness as well. I'm betting this would make a good iced tea. As it cooled I did get some interesting flavors that I couldn't put my finger on - it could be the elderberry that got stronger, but I'm not sure.

A good berry tisane, perfect with a touch of added sugar. I must admit I've never had an elderberry, so I can only assume the taste is correct... but I do like it.

There's a light tartness to this one, and the different flavors compliment each other without overpowering one element.
