English Breakfast
What a lovely cup! For me the description was spot on. I like to add literally just a couple of drops of honey. Overall, very smooth with a nice level of astringency, slight pepperiness, honeyed aroma and slight maltiness. I swear it tastes like an English pub - slightly smokey, like there's a dry fire going, almost a little bit leathery and dry autumn outdoorsy.

Maple Creme Oolong
Delicious! I like to add a little honey to bring out the maple and spices. Warm and comforting with well balanced flavors that match the dark oolong well. This is a Fall/Winter staple for me.

Turmeric Bliss
I keep this around at all times, and buy the biggest bag. I also make it stronger than recommended because it can seem mild sometimes. I use 2 tsps for 10 oz. This is one of the teas I like to drink at bedtime. I think the spice and bright fruitiness are well balanced, and I like the added health benefits of the turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper and ginger.

Sour Apple
Crisp autumn vibes, with true and natural tasting sour apple flavor, with tartness enhanced with rose hips and a lot of hibiscus and a pleasant juiciness (without being too much like actual juice). I bought a medium bag last Fall, and again this Fall. This is also great in blends going for a hot apple cider vibe (like 5,000 Candles blend on Adagio).

White Eternal Spring
Since I first tried this tea, I've bought it a few times. Right now, I'm almost done with the biggest bag. I love it especially iced, with a big splash of lemonade added (makes sort of a rose/berry lemonade). This tea tastes more herbal than fruity to me in some ways. The floral notes are more herbal than perfume-y. It really does taste like Spring to me! Also good in blends with fruity green or white teas...

Genmai Cha
I first bought this one as part of Adagio's Japanese Green Teas sampler, and have since bought more and more of it. A savory Japanese green tea, but with a cozy toasty nuttiness from the puffed rice that's out in front of the green tea flavor. It's light but comforting and hearty. This tea pairs well with savory food. I like it especially in colder weather.

Citrus Mint Green
I love this tea! I've bought it several times now, and have moved on to the biggest bag in my latest order. It's delicious and refreshing hot with a touch of honey, or iced with a little lemonade added. The herbs add a soothing and flavorful touch. I've seen some reviewers wish it was mintier, but I like the balance as is. It's easy to add more mint, too, if it suits. This is a staple for me.

Peach Oolong
Delicious warm or iced! Definitely peachy, and the oolong base has some pleasant cocoa notes.

Almond Oolong
I got this one in the Orchard Oolong Sampler. Dry, it has a strong but nice marzipan type smell. I was glad that once I brewed it, the almond calmed down and was more of a subtle flavor with the oolong flavor being forward. I liked it enough, and tho I wouldn't reorder it, I would def recommend it to someone who loved almond flavored things.

Grapefruit Oolong
I'm a fan of all three Adagio grapefruit teas. This one is delicious and refreshing. The particular oolong base works well with the grapefruit. Good with a little bit of honey, both warm and iced.

Blackberry Sage Oolong
I loved this one! After I opened my sample pouch, I drank it literally everyday until it was gone because I liked it so much. It feels very Summer into Fall to me. The sage brings a mellow herbal sweetness, the berry brings a nice light (but deep flavored) fruit juiciness, and the oolong is very smooth in this blend.

Blood Orange Iced Tea
Love this tea! The Blood Orange herbal tisane reminds me of Campari or something similar. I enjoyed the dryness and tanginess of it and the blood orange peel flavor. Very refreshing.

Calypso Green
I LOVE this tea. Definitely one of my most favorite flavored greens, and one of my favorite peachy teas. The flavors work well together, and as the tea cooled, different flavors would come forward almost one at a time.

Peach Iced Tea
I like this one enough, but wanted to like it more. Definitely peachy with delicious full leaf tea flavor, but I think I prefer Adagio's peach oolong iced!

Pu-Erh Poe
Not a fast drinking tea, more of a sipping tea, and not necessarily an everyday tea for me. This was the first Pu-Erh I've tried, so each sip felt kind of like a mystery where I was trying to figure out what I was tasting! Overall kind of nostalgic and comforting, but complex! Has a nice woodsiness to the tea, with wild mushroom (maybe roasted) and aged leather as the strongest elements of the flavor for me.

White Blueberry
Warm with a little honey, this one tastes like blueberry pancakes! For me, it's only ok iced, but it's my favorite Adagio flavored white tea to drink warm.
-
Citron Green
I liked this one, but it's not as flavorful as Adagio's Citrus Mint Green. This one is more subtle, and not quite as refreshing, but the flavor of the green comes through nicely. I think the Citrus Mint Green suits my mood more often, but I'll definitely keep this one in my rotation.

Lemongrass Ginger
I liked this tea ok, but was a little disappointed at first because the flavors, especially the ginger, didn't come through very strongly. I found that steeping it extra long helped, and using a little more tea than I normally would also helped. I added some plain ginger tea to it to, and I do like it when I add some more ginger.

Raspberry Green
I bought this in a sampler of Orchard Green Teas from Adagio, and this was the one I was least interested in. However, as soon as I opened it, it smelled amazing, and the taste was also delicious. The raspberry is strong and fragrant, and sort of covers the green flavor a bit, so I can see how that might not be for everyone. I loved it, though, and the subtle addition of rose petals here and there really rounds it out.

Thai Chai
Just tried a sample of this, and loved it. It's a nice twist on the usual Chai, and I enjoyed the refreshing addition of lemongrass. I thought the coconut was subtle, but some reviewers have said it tasted strong to them. I'm wondering if my sample packet just didn't have much coconut in it. Either way, I will definitely be buying a whole pouch at the end of the summer to take me into Fall.

Chamomile
I drink chamomile every evening because it helps with my chronic migraine, and this is my favorite chamomile. Flavors are very clean and fresh. Once, on a trip to Peru, when chamomile was relatively new to me, I stayed at a place where one of the breakfast beverage options was chamomile. They brought me a french press full of loose chamomile, and it was amazing and so delicious. The Adagio loose chamomile is the closest I've ever been able to get in the States to my Peruvian loose chamomile experience!
