Ti Kuan Yin
Teforia-steeped from an Adagio Teas individual packet. The machine continues to surprise and please me, as it infuses each tea perfectly. This Ti Kuan Yin, consumed without sweetening, was a delightful orange in the carafe and tastes wonderfully vegetal with no bitterness.

Mocha Nut Mate
I don't usually like hazelnut, but this nutty tea was really good. The mate is nicely in the background, with none of the dryness of straight mate. The aroma is very nutty and the taste is good. I tried sweetening it a bit, as others have suggested, but that did not bring out any chocolate flavor for me.

Skinny Tea
Delicious! Many have said it was vegetal, but I tasted maple syrup. I didn't have digestive issues, but perhaps that was a result of complex factors involving what I'd eaten (a Subway tuna sub) and timing. If it weren't for the cautions against drinking it too much, the flavor would encourage me to make this tea a regular choice.

Wild Sweet Orange
This tea is very tart, as oranges should be, and as long as I'm ready for tartness, this is yummy. Two bags make a deep orange 16 oz bottle of tea which is full-bodied and deliciously orange.
