Got this to try it for indegestion, it is very heavy on the peppercorn. Not sure if I will be able to finish the bag.

There are too many peppercorns for my tastes. 3 min @ 165. There's a light fruitiness behind the peppery bite.

This is a nice spicy tea with all the zings you could want. The citrus is a nice flavor to balance the ginger.

This stuff is intense! Really strong ginger flavor and very peppery too! A great tea if you are cold because it will warm you from the inside. If you don't LOVE real ginger, stay away from this tea. If you do love ginger, you are going to love this tea!

I just love this incredible tasting awesome double ginger kick butt taste. I use Splenda sweetener or honey to bring out more of the fruit flavors.

I love the boldness of this tea. A great tea for when I feel like having a taste that's turned up a notch or two, or to blend with another favorite tea to kick things up a bit. Love it! Lots of ginger flavor!

Delicious ginger tea without being overpowering. I steeped it with a little sweetener.

To be honest I'd probably like this more if it were just pure ginger. I really don't want or need the added fruit flavors and peppercorns.

A nuanced tea. I could taste many of the ingredients especially the ginger and peppercorns. I found the peppercorns to be a bit too numerous and strong.

Double ginger is a great name for this very ginger-y blend. The peppercorns add a nice layer of complexity to the flavor. It is less intense of a ginger taste than DavidsTea’s super ginger tea. I prefer Adagio’s version.

Very heavy on the peppercorns. I pick most out, and with the strong ginger flavor, have all the zip that I need. Despite several other ingredients in this tea, ginger is definitely the predominant flavor. I steeped at 212°F x 5 minutes, and sweetened with honey. An enjoyable cup.

I LOVE this tea! Definitely packs a punch. Very flavorful, if you love ginger you'll love this! And if i have a stomach ache, this is like a miracle. Reccomend!

My absolute favorite tea! I drink it without any cream or sugar and the true ginger flavor really comes out and it’s keeps perfectly I can’t say enough good things about this if you love Ginger this is the tea for you!

Bought this being a big ginger fan as it’s very settling to the stomach.. it has a bit too much sting to it to make it enjoyable, definitely more of a medicinal tea. Does work to cure nausea though

This one was awful. The peppercorns were overwhelming despite removing what I saw and there were no other fruit flavors tasted that were listed as ingredients.

There is not enough ginger flavor or ginger bite present for a tea named double ginger. It was pepper forward with the ginger only on the back end of the sip. It tasted more like a savory broth, which wasn't bad, just not what I'm looking to drink on a daily basis. I could see sipping this while under the weather, and it would be much tastier than some of the teas promoted as a healthy tea.

This is definitely a ginger tea, but I don't know if it lives up to the expectations of double ginger. You can smell the ginger as soon as you open the bag. It's slightly spicy and warming, perfect for when you're feeling under the weather. It's also perfect alongside a molasses cookie.

This is not an subtle blend in the slightest! It’s interesting overall but burns a little in the back of the throat when sipped. I don't think I could recommend this to anyone but the biggest ginger fans.

Tastes very much like peppercorn and spice, it burns the throat a bit when drinking but tastes weak somehow.

I love ginger, but I only tasted a hint of it over the flavor of the peppercorns. I should have picked them out, but I wanted to try the tea as is. I won't be buying this one to drink, but I might get a sample to try cooking with it some time.

My sampling was rife with peppercorns, which I quickly dispatched. There was also plenty of green rooibos. But even with all the additional flavorants, it lived up to it's name, all I could taste was ginger. I won't fault it for what it is, but it's not for me.

This tea is ginger medicine. It hits hard and will clear your sinuses. I'll be adding a bit of lemon and whiskey and calling it a nice strong hot toddy.

Very nice, spunky ginger tea with some peppercorn zing. Didn't taste the fruit ingredients, but would be nice with lemon or honey or maybe mixed with black tea.

This tea is just not for me. I'm not a big fan of strong ginger, and the ginger is certainly there with this. I lets hubs try it; he said that it isn't bad but can't taste any other ingredient but the ginger.
If you're someone super into ginger, this tea might be for you. The name is Double Ginger, and there is, indeed, a ton of ginger flavor.

Powerful ginger taste, with some light accents of fruit. It packs a powerful punch, and would make a wonderful spice blend for a chai.

The smell overwhelmed me but the taste was pleasantly good with the ginger and peppercorn bite.

If you like big and heavy ginger flavor, this one is for you. Its a little overpowering, but it really nice if you steep it for a short amount of time

This is a strong ginger tea. It's my drink of choice when I'm sick—clears my sinuses right out—but it's probably too much for an everyday tea.
