green rooibos citron
by adagio teas
(18 reviews)Citrus flavors of lemon and orange paired with the light bodied natural fruitiness of green rooibos will carry you away to orange groves and lemon trees. Great hot or iced this naturally caffeine-free juicy, uplifting blend will bring a ray of sunshine to your cup. Steep at 212°F for 5 minutes

Nice citrus aroma from the packet. Couldn't smell any of the mango or apricot under the citrus. First steep, still a nice citrus fragrance. Smooth lemon/orange peel flavor. Second steep was a much lighter flavor. Definitely appropriately named as there was no indication of mango or apricot. As citrus is my go to tea flavor, I enjoyed this blend.

This tea has such a delightful fruity fragrance and taste. Very enjoyable! I drink most of my tea hot year-around and was happy this tea tastes really great hot, but it's also good cold-brewed. Versatile and refreshing green rooibos blend!

This tea was steeped hot with rock sugar and I drank it hot, warm, and then iced. Very delicious!

I found the best way to drink this is iced after making it hot. I added some orange peels and lemon peels from Selafina to really amp up the citrus.

Delicious tea--a burst of sweet citrus aroma and flavor. Delicous sipped hot or chilled.

I LOVE the green rooibos bonita, and was hoping for something similar to that, but this is not that at all. It's a completely different flavor. It's strangely slightly creamy. The citrus tastes a bit like it's creamsicle flavored, but not like an orange creamsicle, like if lemon rinds were creamsicled. It's not as expected.

Bitter, bitter, bitter. The smell was great, but after brewing it just tasted like extra-bitter grass. I will not be buying this one again, but if that's your thing then okay, enjoy.

I wasn't expecting to like this tea as I generally don't enjoy rooibos. I guess I must have never tried green rooibos before. This tea had a strong orange flavor, but with a slightly orange rind taste. It was naturally sweet, so I didn't add any sugar.

This is a beautiful citrus tea. The flavor is well balanced and refreshing. Make a large pot of this and chill some of it for an afternoon pick me up.

This one definitely didn't live up to the smell test hype. It was woody and earthy but very lacking in the brightness that usually accompanies such zesty scents. I was disappointed by the outcome, though the flavor of the tea itself was decent.

This was fine, it just didn't wow me. It tasted mostly of lemon, and the aroma and flavor reminded me of Froot Loops. As a caffeine free option though, this is nice if you want something different than the tart hibiscus addition that most herbals have.

Tasty! I love this as a caffeine free treat later in the day. There's a nice zestiness to it, but not too strong.

Not bad at all! Usually rooibos is hit or miss for me, but this one is very citrussy and refreshing!

Green rooibos and citrus work really well together. They are both fresh, zesty and light. Its a really good blend
