strawberry tea
by adagio teas
(37 reviews)Strawberry black tea combines the succulent taste of sweet strawberries with bright Ceylon black tea. Fresh sweet-floral and berry flavor, smooth and sugary texture. It's a treat you'll want to keep for yourself! Steep at 212°F for 3 minutes

Sadly, this tea only has the faintest strawberry taste. It's a lovely tea but not what I'd call strawberry flavored. :(

A simple, delicious tea - I like to mix this one with the black (decaf) cream tea!

Iced Tea is not just for summer. I brew it all year. Every night I sit a carafe on the counter with 6 teaspoons of tea in the infuser and in the morning I put it in the refrigerator to chill. Of all the fruity teas I've sampled from Adagio, this is my favorite!

A nice, strong cup of tea. But there are simply so many teas from Adagio I like so much more. Still, it is a nice black tea, with a clear strawberry aroma. If offered a cup at a friend's house, I would happily say yes!

This is one of my favorite fruity black teas. The strawberry flavor blends so well with the black tea....and it's not too much or too little. Just the right amount of strawberry flavor. Great hot or cold-brewed.

A good strawberry flavored tea. The strawberry doesn't taste artificial. It's great hot and iced.

I feel mostly the same about this tea as I do the decaf version. The smell and flavor of the strawberry is quite nice and natural. However, I found this version rather astringent even after not quite brewing for the full 3 minutes. I added milk after the initial taste test which really help neutralize that astringency. Plus, it gave a nice strawberries and cream flavor.

This is a very pleasant tea with strawberry flavor. I steeped at a lower temperature (195 degrees for 3 minutes) and found that the strawberry taste was perfectly balanced with the black tea flavor. I even got a second smaller steep.

Juicy natural strawberry flavor with a smooth Ceylon base. I enjoyed it hot and sweetened to bring out the fruit flavor, but I'm positive this would be excellent as a summer cold brew staple.

I love this tea both iced and hot. When I make it hot, I add a splash of almond milk. It’s a great treat!

Very sweet and jammy. Doesn't need much in the way of added sweetener, since it can easily stand on its own, and blends well with chocolate and vanilla.

This blend brews up into a lovely, aromatic cup that smells just like fresh strawberries. The taste is jammy and sweet. Brewed at a slightly lower temperature, the bitterness of the Ceylon tea is kept at bay. It finishes with a nice, light astringency.

Very sweet and jammy. I actually like to add a bit of lemon to it to cut through the sweetness.

Just OK. Fruity but too bitter, probably due to the raspberry leaves. Definitely need sweetener with this one.

I'm always impressed by Adagio's berry-black teas. I've had decaf strawberry but, of course, the flavors here are much more powerful. I prefer my morning cup to be much less sweet but if that weren't the case, I'd probably reach for this one.

Had a strong astringency, that didn't really flatter the 'berry' flavor, which to me was indistinguishable as 'strawberry'

One of my favourite teas, with a nice strawberry flavour that doesn't overpower the black tea flavour. It reminds me of all the strawberry black tea I drank in Prague.

A light, natural strawberry flavor and aroma. It does not taste fake or generic. When brewed at a lower temp (190F) it is not overly bitter or astringent, just a nice black tea bite. It is also just as good hot as it is iced.

I was very surprised at this. Usually I’m not a big fan of fruity blacks but this one was a home run. I definitely would buy again.

This is a wonderful member of the berry black family - one of my favorites after raspberry and currant. It's very tasty, though the strawberry flavor is very subtle. It's almost perfect, though I wish the berry flavor were just a little bit stronger. This is a keeper (and a staple) for sure!

Decent tea. I wish there was more strawberry flavor but it was still enjoyable.

Great Strawberry Tea! I made a latte with it; like a Strawberries and Cream. Fruit teas are a favorite with me.

Delicious! Fruity, sweet without sugar and highly refreshing. One of the best fruit teas I've tried from adagio and I suspect this would make fantastic kombucha!

Delicious dessert-y tea, tastes great with a splash of vanilla. Nothing tastes artificial, which is a big win for me.

Makes a great, summery iced tea. The strawberry isn't overpowering, and if you add lemonade, it makes for a great arnold palmer.

I really liked this blend! Strawberry can be a hit or miss but this one is definitely yummy (well duh, it’s Adagio!). One of my favorite black teas now. 😊🍓😍

This black tea is nice but the strawberry flavor is weak. Could use more of a crisp strawberry flavor. But when mixed with the wild strawberry black tea, it's delicious!
