I am an internal quality auditor and audit manager for my day job. Auditors rank up there with dentists and IRS agents so de-escalating, and de-stressing people who hate being audited is a regular part of my job. It amazes me how giving someone a lovely cup of tea helps to decompress their anxiety and 'humanize' any conversation whether personal or professional. I keep a variety of tea and good chocolate at my office and at home.

CRANBERRY ORANGE
Although you could drink this tea anytime, it screams TURKEY, and is a great tea to serve with your Thanksgiving feast. Light and delicious to offset all the heavy things you're eating....

Organic Golden Amber
I got this accidentally thinking it was something else. Note to self to read labels more carefully. Generally, I like Tazo tea, but I ended up giving this to a traveling companion.

Black Tea Loose
Wow! Who knew that you could get your favorite Lipton tea without those pesky teabags! Preferring loose tea, this is my first choice when creating a summer iced tea. Brew this up strong, add whatever fruit or sweetner you need (or better yet, straight up) and pour over crushed ice. The epitome of summer, and much less expensive than buying pre-made tea.

GREEN TEA WITH LEMON GREEN TEA BAGS
Not a fan. If I want lemon, I will put fresh lemon in my tea. The regular green tea without the lemon is better in my opinion.

EARL GREY TEA BAGS
One of my favorite Earl Grey teas, when I can get it. If you see it, grab and purchase it, because you'll turn around, and it will be gone, and you'll be disappointed.

CLASSIC BLEND BLACK TEA
When I lived in Ireland, Barry's tea was considered a staple in most kitchens. It's a standard Irish tea, meant to be served HOT, preferably with a little milk and sweetening if needed. Do NOT drink this tea iced, it will be cloudy and not tasty.
