Jasmine Phoenix Pearls
Great tea! I have discovered it can be brewed using boiling water, but It is very easy to make bitter, so one minute only. I can get 3 good steeps with boiling water at one minute each. 85 degree C water works too, but 2-3 min max for each steeping.

Fujian Jasmine Pearl
Good, but no better than the less expensive phoenix pearls by adgio.

Jasmine Silver Needle
Very light, too light and subtle for me. I tried to make it better with longer steeps and more tea, but no luck.

BUTTERFLY JASMINE
All of David’s Tea’s real teas (I mean not herbals) seem to be very hit or miss in terms of quality. I have had some butterfly jasmine that was wonderful, and I have some in my cupboard that I cannot bring myself to drink. This tea is very pricey too pricey for hit or miss.

Jasmine Yin Hao
It is for me a favourite. After not having it for a while, I miss it. Not the traditional jasmine smell after steeping, but quite pleasant.

Jasmine Chun Hao
Smells better dry than it tastes after steeping. You can tell this is lower quality than the yin hao.
