Earl grey is my favorite variety of tea, and this is probably the worst I've ever tried. Maybe I got a bad batch, but it's overly strong to the point of tasting soapy.

One of my standard go to's for a bagged earl grey. It steeps really well (gets the tea dark). I also like that Tazo's tea bags don't have plastic/nylon in them so I can put them in my compost.

Not my favorite earl grey tea. Really felt the flavors were off in some way. It was strong and bitter. I made sure I didn’t over steep it either.

Sure, it's quite bold and intense. However, I find it extremely bitter no matter how I steep it. I completely disregarded the instructions and went with 200° for 3 minutes and it was still bitter and gross. Would not reccommend.

Perfect for making london fogs, better than many loose leafs I have tried, but not very good without cream.

Lost one star for it being the oilest grey I've tried. that being said, taste was good, just do not over steep.

Better than most commercial earl grey teas. The orange and spice shine through nicely

Like others have said, this has a great flavor. Very smooth. Although it's only good for one use, I find that it is a bit more difficult to oversteep and become bitter than some other black teas.
