Ive tried a few variations of powdered hojicha and never understood it. Its too gritty and smoky

It's interesting. Not something I would really want on a daily basis, but it has a nice, toasty flavor that really is a lot like coffee.

Tastes like coffee, although it has a rather gross smell. Despite this, I strongly recommend giving it a taste because it is a time and a half.
