Tasty! It's caramel with hints of warm spice and a bit of floral. Reminds me of their "creme brulee" tea, but rounder.

Full disclosure: I've only had baklava once in my life. I can't say this tea really reminded me all that much of it, but it's still a tasty honey chai tea.
