(1 review)Himalayan Spring is produced in the spring (as the name might lead you to believe!) and since the tea bush has been dormant for 3 months, this tea is made of the very first buds. It is then delicately rolled and barely given time to oxidize. There is a very fresh floral aroma in this tea, and our friends at Jun Chiyabari told us that the 2018 season was even more successful than the last year’s given they had a steady and evenly distributed rainfall.
