We found this tea on our last day in China. It was about 90 minutes outside of Changsha. When we arrived there, we saw little yellow flags all over. That is a sign of an organic garden (the flags are insect traps). This garden is still in transition, so it cannot be sold as Certified Organic. The garden is owned by 2 brothers and their sister. When we tasted this black tea, we knew we had to share it with you.
