We found this tea on our last day in China. It was about 90 minutes outside of Changsha. When we arrived there, we saw little yellow flags all over. That is a sign of an organic garden (the flags are insect traps). This garden is still in transition, so it cannot be sold as Certified Organic. The garden is owned by 2 brothers and their sister. Mr. Wu made some tea for us. Mike is always amused by watching green leaves & bud becoming fixed green and then the bud changing to white.
