Currently this is a second flush Seeyok Darjeeling, with dark, red fruit notes, a nice aroma of plums and peaches, and little astringency. We source this tea from varying estates year to year, depending on which producers offer the highest quality tea. Since this tea is organic, the liquor is also slightly lighter.
