fanciest formosa oolong
This is another great oolong. The plant protects itself from attack by creating a compound that has a great peachy aroma, maybe better than any other oolong. It is absolutely delicious. Mike saw the plants on the defensive on his last trip, and it was fascinating for a teaman. Dry Leaves: Light brown and green leaves. Liquor: Copper. Aroma: A wonderful aroma with notes of tropical fruits like guava, and stone fruits like peaches. Caffeine Level: Caffeinated Body: This can be quite a light bodied oolong. Flavors: Subtle flavors of spring honey, fresh white peaches, and buttered toast. Brewing Time: 4 to 5 minutes Brewing Temperature: 205° F
