lapsang souchong
(1 review)An ancient and much loved tea from China, large leaves are dried over smoky pine fires. As you might imagine, the tea develops a distinctive smoky flavor. Give it a try when you want a change of pace. Dry Leaves: Small leaves that are a dull jet black, with no golden tips. Liquor: Orange brown caramel liquor. Aroma: A heady mixture of pine and hardwood smoke, fruit, and spice. Caffeine Level: Caffeinated Body: Medium to full bodied. Flavors: Pine smoke and bacon with some dark stone fruit. Brewing Time: 4 to 5 minutes Brewing Temperature: 212° F

This is the smokiest Lapsang Souchong I have ever had, it is a bit much at times which is why i took half a star off, but it deserves 4.5 just for the quality
