Steeping Instructions Heat fresh, filtered water to boiling. Place one tea bag in your cup and pour in 6 oz of the heated water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy.       I love lemon as a taste, but I don't think that the rooibos complemented the taste of lemon for this particular tea. I would expect more of a creaminess to a "lemon chiffon" cake. The coconut was a good addition, though.
