Decent flavor. Wouldn't call it good or bad, just fine. Surprisingly similar taste to their kava root tea, which has a very root-like flavor with a woody cinnamon flavor but not at all sweet like cinnamon. Can't speak to whether I really feel any health differences after one steep, but I imagine with that many ingredients, it would give a variety of health benefits used over time.

Not a Yogi tea fan. I don't like most of their teas but I've tried several to hopefully find one I like. This was AWFUL. I would never buy it again.

Interesting flavors of tartness and sweet. I enjoy drinking this tea in the morning.

Not a bad flavor, its a little tangy and a little sweet. Im not sure how effective it is at detoxing, however
