We blend organically grown Bai Mu Dan white tea (also known as "white peony tea") from the mountains of the Fujian Province, China blended with exotic lemongrass. Our 100% organic white tea leaves undergo little processing and are picked at an earlier stage than green tea leaves. This tea is estate grown which, like fine wines, means that it is grown and processed right at our plantations for exquisite freshness. Organic lemongrass adds a cooling flavor and calms the nerves with its wonderful aroma. This is a perfect compliment to the yin energy of white tea.
