      I think the prickly pear flavor in this could stand to be a little more distinct. It didn't stand up to milk; just ended up with a slight generic "fruity".

      I really enjoyed this much more than I thought I would! The black tea is not at all astringent or too tannin-y. The prickly pear flavor makes it crisp and refreshing. I'd love to try this as an iced tea. It's not sour or sweet, but has that kind of gentle crisp flavor you get from a cucumber for example, offset by some warmth from the safflower.
