  I just bought this today because it sounded interesting to me. I love earl grey and this seemed like maybe a twist on it. It definitely tastes of a good quality earl grey but with a stronger flavor and especially fragrance of what I can only assume is bergamot, I would guess that’s the soapy note other reviewers were getting but I quite enjoyed it. It added something special to this tea. I thought it was delicious. I will say I only slightly got the vanilla finish, but over all I really liked this and would buy it again. Also the satchels and packaging were very nice. *Edited to add this is listed on this site as Caffeine free but the box says each bag has 55+ mg.

  This was the worst tea I've ever tried. It was the first box of tea that I've thrown away. It didn't smell like earl grey, but I tried tasting it two different times hoping it would taste better. It did not.

  Absolute worst tea that I have ever tried! I had to take this back to the coffee shop where I bought it. It tasted 100% like soap. It was as though someone washed out a cup and left the dish soap in it. Allowing it to steep longer didn't help. Bad tea!
