Not the best tea. I like a simpler taste like pure chamomile and lemon flavored water. This is a little bitter and it's not relaxing to sip.

This was very medicinal and bitter tasting. My husband will pretty much drink anything and he hated this too. It was so awful I dumped the cup and threw away the rest of the tea bags.
