There are few things that we love more than a nice, brisk cup of tea in the morning. The English even have a saying for it - a tea strong enough to “stand up a spoon.” Especially when we have a full traditional breakfast of eggs, meat, toast, and other salty foods (like a true Brit would eat). This is why our friends on the other side of the pond love this tea. Strong enough to cut through the richness of breakfast, yet tasty enough to drink on its own.

This is a solid, pretty good quality tea that is excellent for the price. A bit of an astringent aftertaste that's almost slightly metallic that I don't love, but it's strong and bold without any bitterness. This was great plain and I'm sure would be even better with milk or honey.

A unique spin on an old classic. English Breakfast has been a staple for me ever since I was a kid, and this is probably the best version of it I've tried. Brisk and strong, it wakes me without making me feel too anxious and wired. It has a unique floral aftertaste that I haven't found in other English Breakfast blends; maybe it's the Keemun? I highly recommend giving it a try if you're a fan of English Breakfast.
